POINTS TO NOTE

• To be included in the Conference Programme, each accepted presentation must have at least one author registered for the conference and present the paper in person.
• Papers that do not complete registration by the specified deadline will not be included in the official Conference Programme and will not be recommended for publication in the conference proceedings.
• Each registration is valid for one individual only and is non-transferable.
• Each submitted paper requires a separate registration. If an author submits multiple papers, a separate registration must be completed for each paper.
• Participants are advised to carefully read the conference registration terms and conditions before completing the registration process.
• Participants are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee if the cancellation request is submitted within 30 days of payment and at least 40 days prior to the conference date.

Insurance: All delegates and speakers are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance related to their participation in the conference. The INCOSEF & EUMMAS 2026 Organizing Committee accepts no liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or other incidents caused by any third party.

Admittance: The Organizing Committee reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without refund, to refuse or revoke admission for any individual whose behavior is considered disruptive to the conference or other participants.

These materials may be used, reproduced, or distributed by the Organizing Committee across all media platforms worldwide without time limitation.
